Introduction Ball badminton is an attractive and most satisfying activity. Players irrespective at age and sex enjoys it. In a tropical country like India it is suitable in all seasons of the year. Ball badminton has many advantages over other sports. Apart from improving fitness, as a recreational activity it is second to none.
