Introduction: Eclampsia is still amongst the six major determinants of maternal mortality. It is characterized by sudden onset of generalized tonic-clonic convulsion or coma in pregnancy or postpartum, unrelated to other cerebral conditions,in patients with signs and symptoms of preeclampsia. Eclampsia results in increased maternal morbidity and perinatal morbidity. Materials And Methods: This is a prospective hospital based observational study in which all women with eclampsia admitted in OBG department of tertiary care center over one year period from January 2021 to December 2021.
