BRIEF COMMENTS ON THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING CRIMINAL AGE IN THE BRAZILIAN LEGAL SYSTEM

The article aims to reflect on the legal possibility of reducing the age of criminal responsibility in the Brazilian legal system and the feasibility of the measure to reduce crime among young Brazilians, in view of the large number of legislative proposals on the subject and popular support. That the change in the age level for criminal imputation has in Brazil
