Rise in the Defence Infrastructure and Defence Development of India

After independence, India faces many problems in each sector and one of them is defence. Through time and patience, we developed and evolved, and realised our loopholes. Currently Indian military ranks four out of 145 in the annual global firepower index after the USA, Russia, and China (2023 Military Strength Ranking, n.d.). To maintain, improve and upgrade the military, India’s spending on defence infrastructure is increasing year after year. The defence ministry gets one of the biggest parts of India’s funds.
