Digitalization and enterprises: new trends in innovative development

The problems of the development of innovative activities of enterprises in the context of modern processes of digitalization of the economy are analyzed. The impact of digitalization processes on the rate of innovative growth of enterprises is estimated. Based on the conceptual approach to digital transformation, recommendations were developed for the phased implementation of digitalization in the enterprise. Important types of the economic and social effects of digitalization are formulated, as well as possible problems that will need to be addressed as the process of using and introducing digital technologies grows. The proposals on the formation of the directions of using the achievements of digitalization in ensuring the innovative development of enterprises have been developed. The advantages of digitalization of enterprises over their traditional model are identified and justified. The directions of enterprise transformation in the era of the adoption of Internet technologies are characterized. Proposals have been developed to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises based on solving problems in the field of digital technologies
