The aim of the current study is to examine the role of school principals in achieving distance-learning success during COVID-19 pandemic, and to propose developmental suggestions attributing to its success. The sample of the study consisted of (332) male and female teachers selected randomly from both public and private schools. To achieve the purposes of the study, questionnaire and personal interviews were used. From teachers' perceptions, the results indicated that school principals’ role in achieving distance-learning success during COVID-19 pandemic was moderate.
