This research paper aims to examine a study on language struggles that leads to epistemic violence. It reflects on Rushdie’s treatment of society during post-colonial India respectively and looks at applying the theory of cultural altercations post colonizers. It also focuses on the similarities that these colonies have encumbered the mindsets of the colonized.
