Background: Policy maker are trying to control the fast increasing population.. In order to do this they are continuously working for some effective long term contraceptive methods so that population growth could be controlled. PPIUCD insertion is a step toward achieve this goal. Objectives: To determine the frequency of complications following PPIUCD insertion among women undergoing C- Section 6 months follow ups. Material and Methods: This was a descriptive case series study conducted on 200 cases.
