Incentive can be a very important tool for motivation in organizations because it stimulates interest or zeal in the employee for better performance. But the problems is how these incentives should be implemented and managed in an organization to guarantee that both the objectives of the employees and that of the organization were tremendously meet up. The objective of this study is to investigate the application of Vroom's expectancy theory in the management of incentives scheme in Adamawa Plastic Company, Yola.
