Chemical Container Management System

The chemical container management system is described in this paper. This project deals with the working of three sensors. These sensors digitalize the analogy reading in the system. The main objective of the project is to ensure the security of the chemical container in the industry. It senses the gases in the chemical container, so if any smoke is produced, it can alert. And the next sensor monitor’s the temperature present in the container, so it can alert. This system can improve the level of chemical container security, and enhance security checking. So, it has important significance and social and economic benefits for the dependability and the rollability of remote communication. In our project, here we use the gas sensor to detect the flammable gas which generally evolves from the chemical container, in case of any detection occurs automatic exhaust will switch on to pass away the particles. For like, in case of temperature level feel to be high in the meantime it alerts by alert message. As much as IoT helps in automating tasks, the benefits of IoT can also be extended for enhancing the existing safety standards. All data is transmitted & monitored in a PC, which means a control room
