Objective: The purpose of the research was to compare clomiphene citrate versus letrozole for acquiring auspicious gravidity in anovulatory infertile females. Material and Methods: The mode of the research was comparative which was carried out at Jinnah Hospital, Lahore from April 2017 to January 2018. Total numbers of anovulatory infertility patients in our research are two-hundred and twenty-four having age eighteen to forty years. Entire those patients having a former record of operation, hyperprolactinemia and hypothyroidism were not included in the research.
