November 2, 09:30-12:00 (CET, UTC+01:00) In 2019, DARIAH, EASSH and OPERAS organized a roundtable gathering researchers, publishers, publishing infrastructures and other types of stakeholders to discuss the challenges and opportunities of a Plan S for academic books. One year later, SPARC Europe joined the group to prepare a workshop to invite the community to discuss how collective action from funders could support the open access publication of academic books.
