Adaptacja strategii zagranicznej działalności gospodarczej przedsiębiorstw ukraińskich do warunków wojny

The main problems faced by Ukrainian enterprises as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine are revealed. The economic consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war for exporters are analyzed, including: inability to meet demand in foreign markets, declining demand for goods and services, impossible export by sea, corruption on the Ukrainian border, the need to reorient from CIS markets, complex customs formalities, lack of cars / trucks / drivers, queues at the western borders of Ukraine. The strength of the impact of the war factor on small, medium and large enterprises is estimated. The preconditions for the resumption and development of Ukrainian foreign economic entities have been studied, in particular, the official abolition by the European Union of all duties and taxes on Ukrainian goods entering the European market to help restore Ukrainian business. The expediency of entering foreign markets for Ukrainian enterprises in order to maintain their activities is substantiated. The possibilities of application, advantages, disadvantages and expediency of using in different conditions such exit strategies and activities in foreign markets as exports, licensing and foreign direct investment are analyzed. Recommendations for choosing a strategy for working in foreign markets for domestic enterprises in the Russian-Ukrainian war are offered.
