INFORMATION VIOLENCE AS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON

The article reveals the essence of information violence as a social phenomenon. The components of information violence are considered, the effect of priming in the media is revealed, the results of studies of the influence of the demonstration of violence in the media and mass communication on the behavior of children and youth are presented. New trends in the influence of information violence on changing social practices, in particular, the transformation of the conduct of modern wars, are identified
