HeloiseS/hoki: This is the first pre-release of Hoki!

Hoki v1.0.0-alpha This is our first pre-release. Very early in the development process, it already contains some of the key features of hoki. Mainly: Loading in BPASS outputs to convenient data structures (pandas.DataFrames or custom objects) HRDiagram tools Creation of publication ready plots. This early release was motivated by an upcoming workshop in September 2019 in Warwick. Note: So far, hoki has only been tested locally on a python 3.5 and python 3.6 release. We'd be delighted to hear your feedback! Feel free to drop an issue as you come to find bugs
