This article provides information about the expeditions conducted during 2009-2015 with the aim of studying the distribution of Aegilops tauschii species in different areas of the Azerbaijan Republic. Based on the literature data, herbarium material and the monitoring carried out under natural conditions, the eco- geographic data of Aegilops taus accessions were recorded. The environmental data (altitude, rainfall and temperature data) of collection areas are revealed. Also, a table for the determination of this species, its taxonomy and bio-ecological characteristics are presented.
