Morphometric data from: Two species? - Limits of the species concepts in the pygmy grasshoppers of the Tetrix bipunctata complex (Orthoptera: Tetrigidae)

Here we provide the complete set of files used by Moser et al., (2021, see References section below for the complete citation) for the morphometric analysis. In particular, we provide the following documents: - ANOVA_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex.R: R-script for calculating the ANOVA. You may get the necessary MRA source script from http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4250142 - Appendix_02_Table_Textrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.csv: CSV table of basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements - Appendix_02_Table_Textrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.xlsx: Excel table of basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements - Appendix_02_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_summary_statistics.R: R-script for calculating basic summary statistics (minimum, mean etc.) of body measurements. - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex.csv: Dataset with raw values (in millimeters) of all 273 specimens. NAs replaced using the R-script "Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_multiple_imputation_mice.R" below. This is the datafile used for all morphometric analyses. - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_multiple_imputation_mice.R: R-script used for replacing NAs. - Data_Tetrix_bipunctata_complex_rawdata_with_NA.csv: Dataset with raw values (in millimeters) of all 273 specimens.
