The study appraised gender discrimination in leadership position. Gender awareness as a central feature of all facets of everyday life and society has become widely spread. Gender points to the disparities between men and women as enforced by society. Leaders carry out the important responsibilities of drawing out approaches for the growth of the organization. Without the presence of leaders, there would not be any definite goal before the organization and this will naturally hamper its progress.
