The heliocentric model has been widely accepted, so it is very difficult to believe that the heliocentric model has defects. However, there are two simple facts that show that the heliocentric model does have defects. There are two astronomical phenomena which cannot be explained with the heliocentric model. First astronomical phenomena, the direction of the Big Dipper observed on the earth is changing with the change of seasons.
