Relevance of the research topic. Research on the formation of investment policy in the system of organizational and economic mechanism of economic activity of the enterprise and the effective use of its resource and financial potential is due to the lack of a single algorithm and model of this process. Formulation of the problem. Stably high rates of economic development of any enterprise cannot be achieved without the formation of its investment policy and effective use of its resource and financial potential. In these conditions, it becomes important to build an effective investment policy in the system of organizational and economic mechanism of economic activity of enterprises, aimed at attracting the necessary investment resources and increase the efficiency of specific investment projects. These facts actualize the research topic. The historical–logical method is used in the article; method of systematization, classification and theoretical generalization; method of logical analysis and synthesis.
