The substance-specific basic questionnaire for the 1st round priority substances includes questions on sociodemographic characteristics, residential environment and home exposures, dietary habits, lifestyle, occupational exposures as well as health status. It is specifically adjusted to fit the age group of adolescents (16-19 years, without support of legal guardians) and includes single questionnaires for PFAS, Phthalates, bisphenols, flame retardants, Cadmium and PAHs.
