The study investigated the perceptions of stakeholders on the problems and solutions of post war reconstruction of formal secondary education in kailahun district which is located in the eastern province of sierra Leone, and is comprised of fourteen [14] chiefdoms. The target group comprised of Inspectors/ Supervisors of the ministry of Education, Science and Technology in kailahun district, NACSA, UNICEF,IRC,NRA, Principals, teachers, pupils, community teachers associations of secondary schools and missions/ proprietors in partnership management of secondary schools in the kailahun district.
