The indiscriminate use of pesticides and botanicals to preserve legumes is a common practice. Phaseolus vulgaris is a legume commonly preserved to protect against pest attacks and insect infestations. This study evaluates the biochemical effect of Phaseolus vulgaris preserved with natural and synthetic pesticides in albino rats. Thirty Thirty-six (36) male albino rats weighing between 150-200 g were randomly assigned into six (6) groups A, B, C, D, E, and F with 6 rats each.
