The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Assets turnover on Profit Growth in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2021 Period

This study aims to examine the effect of the Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on profit growth in Property and Real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study is the 2019-2021 Property and Real estate Company Financial Statements which were taken using the purposive sampling method, so 26 companies were obtained as samples. And using multiple linear regression analysismethods, classic assumption test, t-test (partial test), and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS (StatisticalProduct and Service Solutions) v16 software. Based on the study’s results, it can be concluded that the current ratio partially has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. In contrast, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a non-significant positive effect on profit growth. Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on profit growth in registered Property and Real estate Companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019- 2020 perio
