Socially, the juvenile delinquency is considered a component of crime in general. The causes that determine minors to commit crimes can be biological, psychological, social etc. Ensuring the order and public security has become a primary objective worldwide. In the Republic of Moldova, the participation of people in activities involving disturbance of public peace is a frequently encountered phenomenon, especially among minors.
