It was characterized by UV-Visible, FT-IR, and NMR spectroscopy techniques, the electrochemistry of the Schiff base was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The synthesized Schiff base was electrochemically polymerized, then used for electrochemical sensing of phenolic compounds.
