Sclerotinia rot is one of the most devastating postharvest diseases on many crops. laboratory studies were done to evaluate the mycelial growth and formation of sclerotia on different media and apothecia development of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Varied in mycelium growth, size and number of produced sclerotial was recorded.
