ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВІКТИМОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАПОБІГАННЯ НАСИЛЬСТВА ЩОДО ДІТЕЙ В СІМ'Ї

General social victimology prevention of violence against children in the family is to solve socio-economic and cultural-educational problems aimed at eliminating or neutralizing the causes and conditions that contribute to the criminal victimization of society and to reduce the degree of victimization of citizens. An important place in this area is a balanced victimology policy. Victimology policy is an activity to create an adequate legal framework, law enforcement practice, legal ideology and resource provision, aimed at limiting the victimization of citizens, reducing conflict and deviance in society and integrating potential victims of crime and abuse of power into normal life. The article examines the features of victimological prevention of violence against children in the family. It is emphasized that victimological prevention is an important area of prevention of violence against children in the family. Individual victimological prevention consists in identifying persons with increased victimhood and carrying out preventive and educational measures aimed at reducing the risk of becoming a victim of criminal encroachments. There is a need to organize programs to correct the victim behaviour of victims, as well as potential victims of domestic violence, in specialized support services for victims. Individual victim prevention should be aimed not only at potential victims of violence but also at their micro-environment. Victimology prevention of violence against children is divided into early and immediate. Direct prevention measures are aimed at a person who has already become a victim of violence or is at risk of becoming a victim; early prevention measures - for a person who falls under the signs of a potential victim due to the fact that he has a high degree of victimhood. It is emphasized that children tend to be victims of crime in certain circumstances. In other words, they are characterized by an inability to avoid danger where possible. An important measure to reduce the degree of victimization of children is to address socio-economic and educational problems aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to victimization
