This study assessed satisfaction with quality of maternal health care services among childbearing women attending clinic in selected Primary Health Centers (PHCs) in Ogun State, Nigeria. This study adopted descriptive cross-sectional research design to examine women’s level of satisfaction with maternal health care services. The population of this study comprised of 2,417 child bearing women within 15 and 49 years utilizing maternal health care services in selected PHCs in Ogun State, Nigeria. Multi-stage sampling procedure was used to select 380 respondents from 6 PHCs.
