COMMUNICATIVE PROCESSES OF CORPORATE IMAGE FORMATION

The study substantiates the key features in the definitions of corporate image. It was proved that the organized communication process at the enterprise helps to increase the involvement of employees of its enterprise, creates an internal culture of high achievements, which contributes to further business growth and strengthening the company's image. Also in the promotion and use of corporate image an important role is played by the media, which offer and explain to the public, partners and custo-mers the quality characteristics and opportunities of the business, using various tools, methods, rituals. The study proved that the level of corporate culture is an important strategic factor in the development of any enterprise (organization), which affects all structural units of the corporation and its individual employees to achieve their goals within the declared mission of the company. The history of formation and development of corporate media was considered, as a result of which it was proved that own media resource is able to form a positive image of the company and its brands in the target audience (business partners, end customers, employees, etc.). Moreover, such communication through corporate media is carried out in a relatively short time and with relatively small investments. The analysis of various corporate media identified the benefits of publishing their own publications, including those that contribute to the formation and development of corporate culture, business standards, improving communication with employees and partners. Own printed publications can be an entertaining resource. During the analysis of the effectiveness of the corporate publication, it was proposed to use five methods, namely: expert, questionnaires, surveys (interviews), analysis of feedback, analysis of incoming calls. The study identified various motivational aspects that affect the work of the enterprise, including tangible and intangible. The analysis of research on employee motivation has allowed to expand the types of motivators that are proposed to be used. The unit has proved that during the implementation of motivation can be used manipulation, which under certain conditions is considered to be competently veiled, disguised. In the structure of the creation of manipulative actions there are elements of psychological influence on the employee. The study presents the hypothesis that during the motivation of employees, the manager performs manipulation, which can be subjectively perceived as motivation. The purpose of the section is to substantiate the impact of communication processes on the formation and development of corporate image and corporate culture to improve working conditions and increase the company's visibility. Research methods are analysis and generalization to highlight the charac-teristics and content of the basic concepts of induction and deduction – when considering the logical methods of research and assumptions about the impact of corporate media on the formation of corporate culture; generalization and synthesis – while working on the result of the relation-ship and interdependence of motivation and manipulation in the communi-cation process, as well as to form the conclusions of the study. Conclusions. The study substantiates the key features in the definitions of corporate image. The results of such generalization made it possible to identify strategic goals and objectives for the implementation of corporate image, this is the basis for the introduction of practical cases in training courses. During the analysis of examples of enterprise mission, it was proved that a well-formulated mission helps to consider strategic tools that identify the main activities of the enterprise. As for the formation of the communication process with various objects and subjects of the market environment, it is significantly influenced by a sufficient number of functions that are inherent in the public relations service in the activities of the enterprise. In order to inform consumers, customers and partners and provide feedback, ie to obtain the necessary information from them, a set of tools and measures used by the company. КОМУНІКАТИВНІ ПРОЦЕСИ ФОРМУВАННЯ КОРПОРАТИВНОГО ІМІДЖУ У дослідженні обґрунтовано ключові ознаки у визначеннях корпоративного іміджу. Було доведено, що організований комунікативний процес на підприємстві сприяє підвищенню залучення до роботи працівників свого підприємства, створює внутрішню культуру високих досягнень, що сприяє подальшому зростанню бізнесу та закріпленню іміджу компанії. Також у просуванні й використанні корпоративного іміджу важливу роль відіграють засоби масової інформації, які пропонують і пояснюють громадськості, партнерам та клієнтам якісні характеристики й можливості бізнесу, використовуючи різні засоби, методи, ритуали. У дослідженні було доведено, що рівень корпоративної культури є важливим стратегічним чинником розвитку будь-якого підприємства (організації), який впливає на всі структурні ланки корпорації та її окремих працівників щодо досягнення поставлених цілей у рамках задекларованої місії компанії. Було розглянуто історію становлення і розвитку корпоративних медіа, в результаті чого було доведено, що власний медіа-ресурс здатен сформувати у цільової аудиторії (партнерів по бізнесу, кінцевих покупців, співробітників тощо) позитивний образ компанії та її брендів. Причому така комунікація через корпоративні медіа здійснюється у доволі стислі терміни й при відносно невеликих інвестиціях. Під час аналізу різноманітних корпоративних медіа визначено переваги випуску власних друкованих видань, серед яких такі, що сприяють формуванню і розвитку корпоративної культури, ділових стандартів, покращенню комунікації з працівниками й партнерами. Власні друковані видання можуть бути розважальним ресурсом. Під час аналізу ефективності корпоративного видання було запропоновано використовувати п’ять методів, а саме: експертний, анкетування, опитування (інтерв’ю), аналіз відгуків, аналіз вхідних дзвінків. У дослідженні було виокремлено різні мотиваційні аспекти, які впливають на роботу підприємства, серед яких матеріальні і нематеріальні. Аналіз досліджень щодо мотивації працівників дозволив розширити види мотиваторів, які пропонується застосовувати. У підрозділі доведено, що під час здійснення мотивації може бути застосовано маніпуляцію, яка за певних умов вважається грамотно завуальованою, замаскованою. У структурі створення мані-пуляційних дій виділяють елементи психологічного впливу на працівника. У дослідженні представлено гіпотезу, що під час мотивації працівників керівник здійснює маніпуляцію, яка може суб'єктивно сприйматися як мотивація. Метою розділу є обґрунтування впливу комунікативних процесів на формування і розвиток корпоративного іміджу та корпоративної культури для покращення умов роботи та підвищення пізнаванності компанії. Методами дослідження є аналіз та узагальнення для виділення характеристики та змісту основних понять індукція та дедукція – під час розгляду логічних прийомів дослідження та припущень щодо впливу корпоративних медіа на формування корпоративної культури; узагальнення та синтез – під час роботи над результатом взаємозв’язку та взаємозалежності мотивації та маніпуляції у процесі комунікації, а також для формування висновків дослідження. Висновки. У дослідженні обґрунтовано ключові ознаки у визначеннях корпоративного іміджу. Результати такого узагальнення дали можливість виділити стратегічні цілі та завдання щодо реалізації корпоративного іміджу, саме це стало основою для запровадження практичних кейсів до навчальних курсів. Під час аналізу прикладів місії підприємств було доведено, що гарно сформульована місія допомагає розглядати стратегічні інструменти, які ідентифікують основну діяльність підприємства. Щодо формування комунікативного процесу з різними об’єктами та суб’єктами ринко-вого середовища, то на нього суттєво впливає достатня кількість функцій, які притаманні службі зв’язків з громадськістю в діяльності підприємства. З метою інформування споживачів, клієнтів і партнерів та забезпечення зворотного зв’язку, тобто отримання необхідної інформації від них, представлений комплекс засобів і заходів, які використовуються для цього фірмою
