Diagnostics of the state of the field of waste management at the federal and regional level as a stage of ensuring environmental safety

The formation of a green economy, the achievement of green economic growth around the world is gradually becoming a mainstream. For a few years now, the institutional system of the recycling sector has gradually begun to form in Russia, but a significant number of problems remain in this area.
