This study will try to observe and formulate how the general rules underlying the aesthetics of Malay, Javanese, and Indonesian literature. Does the Malay literary literature have its own aesthetic rules so that Malay literature presents distinctive features that are different from those of literature outside the Malay world? What about the aesthetics of Javanese and Indonesian literature? The answers to some of these questions will be described in this stud
