Background: The study aimed to compare the efficacy of erector spina plane (ESP) block and transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block in postoperative analgesia in cesarean section operations. Materials and Methods: The study included a total of 90 pregnant women scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia between February 2021 and February 2022. Following the completion of the operation, the patients were randomly assigned to three groups: TAP, ESP, and a control group using a closed envelope technique.
