ХАРКІВСЬКИЙ ДЕРЖАВНИЙ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИЙ ІНСТИТУТ ТА ШКОЛА: З ІСТОРІЇ ФОРМУВАННЯ ВЗАЄМОВІДНОСИН У ПОВОЄННІ ЧАСИ

The process of post-war revival and next development of relations between Н. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv State Pedagogical Institute and schools and people’s education agencies of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Region. Special attention is gi v-en to formation and permanent perfection of forms and methods of this work. The activity of Ukrainian Pedagogical Society Kharkiv Department that was headed by institute scientists is illustrated. The role of pedagogical and scientific knowledge public universities founded by the institute in some districts and branches of institute chairs that became methodical centers of the institute at schools is showed. Positive influence of guest sub-faculty meetings, system of teachers staff retraining that acted at the institute, creation of education al and methodical materials for schools to con-solidation of relations with schools is noted. The authors note that formed system of permanent relations between the institute and its graduates, rendering of help in pedagogical skills perfection provided pos itive influence to considered process
