Satisfaction is a fulfillment of a need or want. This study adopts with both qualitative and quantitative in nature. Both primary and secondary data were used for the study. Close ended questionnaire was used for quantitative study & open ended questionnaire was used for qualitative study. The main objective of the study is to find out the satisfaction level of telecommunication users. Brand image, call rate, quality of network, promotional offers was used to find out the satisfaction level. The largest number of Grameenphone users are satisfied (60%) and the lowest number of respondents 00% are not satisfied at all who are Post Graduation level educated of Grameenphone users.
