Almost all municipalities in Denmark have within the latest years implemented a kind or everyday rehabilitation in the home care. The aim of this study was to explore how the relational coordination in the home care teams was related to the employee's experience of job and quality of care. Analyses of qualitative and quantitative data from 5 municipalities indicate that if everyday rehabilitation is to succeed, it is crucial that the care workers perceive shared goals and knowledge, mutual respect and problem solving communication, particularly within their own professional group and toward the group leaders
