Abstract In the current period, mechanical enterprises face many difficulties and have to find ways to survive and develop. Besides organizing the apparatus, investing in production lines, designing and building brands, and setting up management tools to achieve strategy and goals are top priorities. Therefore, the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to evaluate the performance of an enterprise contributes to helping businesses improve operational efficiency and increase competitiveness in the market.
