Aim: The purpose was to analyze impact of dexmedetomidine and remifentanil in intravenous anaesthesia (IVAD) in laparoscopic cholecystectomy activities. Methods: This existing research was conducted at Mayo Hospital, Lahore from May 2018 to March 2019. The review involved patients aged 40 years, 19 to 63 years, who underwent elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In Group D, IVAT was performed using 160 mixtures of μg/kg/min propofol and 0.6 μg/kg/h dexmedetomidine. In Set R, TIVA was achieved through 160 μg/kg/min propofol and 0.6 μg/kg/min remifentanil.
