Pengaruh Pelatihan Forehand dan Backhand Stroke terhadap Ketepatan Servis Bulutangkis ditinjau dari Kekuatan Otot Lengan

The study aimed at analyzing the effect of of Forehand and Backhand Stroke training on the accuracy of badminton services in terms of arm muscle strength in extracurricular male students at Sathya Sai Junior High School Denpasar. The research was a a quasi-experimental using a treatment-by-level design with two 2x2 categories. The subject of the study were 32 people; determined with high and low accuracy categories. The data analysis technique used 2-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0,05. The finding revealed that: 1) the data shows that the accuracy of the badminton serve for the Forehand training participants is better than the Backhand training participants, indicated by a mean difference of 0,207; 2) the data shows that there is an interaction between Forehand, Backhand and arm muscle strength on the accuracy of badminton serve with sig. (0,045) < (0,05); 3) the data explains that the accuracy of serving badminton Forehand training is better than Backhand training for participants who have high arm muscle strength with a mean difference of 0,875; and 4) data shows the accuracy of badminton service for Forehand training participants is better than Backhand training for participants who have low arm muscle strength with a mean difference of 0,25
