OMBUDSMEN INSTITUTION IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

The dynamics of the establishment of institutions of the president’s commissioners and government officials are shown. Particular attention is paid to the prospects of the educational ombudsman. A comparative description of the mechanisms of attracting the commissioners to the development of the state policy is made. The means of increasing the efficiency of government officials performance in such areas as ethno-national policy, education, protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, protection of children's rights are proposed
