Legal framework for criminalizing the crime of the activity of mercenarians in the CIS states

This publication is part of the category of scientific research belonging to the field of Criminal Law Special Part. The object of the present research is the analysis of the legal framework for criminalizing the crime of mercenary activity in the CIS states. The publication performs an analysis of the crime of activity of mercenaries in the legislation of the CIS states and highlights the criteria for differentiating criminal laws in these states, as well as highlighting the similarities of criminalization of the analyzed crime component. The analysis of the legal-criminal regulations of the mercenary activity in the criminal legislation of the CIS states shows that in the criminal law of the Republic of Moldova such regulations may be taken over, such as the incrimination of the activity of mercenaries in aggravating forms
