This study investigated the effect of reward system on employee productivity in Nigeria hospitality industry. The specific objectives of the study are to: assess the effect of sizeable wage and salary reward system on employee quality of service delivery in Nigeria hospitality industry and ascertain the effect of retirement benefits reward system on employee commitment in Nigeria hospitality industry.
