In an environment marked by the growing popularity of mobile technologies, the importance of electronic channels such as mobile banking for banking establishments is no longer to be demonstrated. However, its adoption by users remains a subject of debate due to the multitude of adoption factors cited in previous works as well as the different models of technology adoption used by researchers. This study is a systematic literature review which aims to examine the main theoretical models and factors of adoption that researchers used to describe the acceptance of M-banking technology and predict consumer intent to use it.
