This study assessed the implementation of the online learning and teaching modality of Baguio Central University during the pandemic. It involves mainly the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous online teaching and learning modality. The study used the descriptive research design with the survey questionnaire as the main data gathering instrument separate for college instructors and students. The findings revealed that the teachers maximized both the synchronous and asynchronous teaching modalities for an effective and continuous teaching despite the pandemic.
