The modern progress of the labour productivity trends in Ukraine on a macro level.

The level of the labour of countries of members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) productivity is analysed. The value of the labour productivity is expected in dollar equivalent for Ukraine and comparing is conducted to the analogical index of separate countries of OECD. It is educed that on the index of the labour productivity Ukraine falls behind from the separate countries of OECD at ten of one times, that testifies to the low level of life in Ukraine and inefficiency of the use of the Ukrainian labour resources. The analysis of progress of the labour of Ukraine productivity trends is conducted during the last ten years, their reasons are found out, backlogs of her increase offer in Ukraine. The real level of the labour productivity is expected in Ukraine during the last ten years taking into account a cost-of-living-index and level of shadow economy. The factor analysis of influence is conducted on GDP of country − labour and quantity of the concerned population productivity. Prognostication of the labour productivity is carried out taking into account the factor of labour migration
