The study assessed medication adherence and quality of life of hypertensive patients attending State Specialist Hospital in Ikare Akoko, Ondo state. This study specifically assessed the quality of life of hypertensive patients; the level of medication adherence of hypertensive patients; and the predictability of medication adherence on quality of life of hypertensive patient attending State Specialist Hospital Ikare Akoko.
