From the application of theoretical issues about the local community in sustainable tourism development, the article analyzes and evaluates the role, level and form of participation of the local community – Black Ha Nhi people Y Ty in local sustainable tourism development. The studies show that at the Y Ty destination, the Black Ha Nhi have actively participated in the development of tourism in the locality. It can be said that they are the people who laid the foundation, pioneered and are an indispensable core component for local tourism activities.
