Introduction: Mobbing at a moral-psychological level in the workplace is a phenomenon that is a serious problem for both health and safety of workers in the healthcare sector.Τhe purpose of the study was to explore the phenomenon of occupational harassment in health care professions and in particular nurses through reviewing the articles and contemporary empirical studies.
