Introduction: Still's disease occurs in children and adults, it is a multisystem autoinflammatory and autoimmune disorder, also called autoinflammatory polygenic syndrome. Objective: to clinically and epidemiologically characterize Still's disease in adults. Methods: a narrative review of the available literature was carried out using the synthetic analytical and historical-logical methods by means of articles retrieved from databases such as SciELO, Scopus and ClinicalKey. Filters were used for the selection of articles in English and Spanish languages; as well as articles published in the period 2018 to 2023. Results: it is known that ASD is a more severe version of juvenile idiopathic arthritis occurring in children. Still's syndrome ...
