Objective: To compare the incidence of posterior dislocation of hip joint in Moore and Hardinge approach in hip arthoplasty for the treatment of fracture neck of femur during 12 weeks follow-up after surgery Materials & Methods: This multicenter randomized controlled was conducted at Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, Civil Hospital Bahawalpur and Shahid Surgical Hospital Bahawalpur from July 2016 To July 2019.
